OE Rubber Issues
Has your Mazda Miata lost some of its handling recently? It's also started swaying more than usual after taking a corner I'll bet. These are two of the symptoms of failed sway bar bushings. The OE sway bar bushings installed on your Miata are made of a soft rubber that is prone to stretching. After stretching and relaxing over and over it begins to crack and rot away, leaving your sway bar loose. This results in the sway bar swinging around pointlessly, worse, it can bang into other chassis parts, potentially causing even more damage. Before this happens to you, check out what DST has to offer!
HyperFlex Polyurethane Upgrade!
This is Energy Suspension's 11.5103, a set of 12.5mm rear sway bar bushings. Crafted using Energy Suspension's HyperFlex polyurethane these bushings can withstand any stress your suspension can put on them. Sway bar bushings are made to grip the sway bar and hold it firmly to the frame. Energy Suspension's Hyperflex sway bar bushings not only accomplish that but thanks to Energy's design they also make your sway bar perform like an even larger bar!
Easy and Cost-Effective Install!
These sway bar bushings were designed to work with your OE hardware to save you money. Once installed, tighten them using the OE bracket and bolts to get a cost-effective upgrade! The 11.5103 also comes with a set of new end-link bushings in case you need a little added security for your sway bar. Here at DST, we make sure to let everyone know you must measure your sway bar before you purchase bushings for it. That way you can be sure you got the correct size.
